- Ground beef300 g
- Salt and pepper0 to taste
- Pupunha heart of palm spaghetti500 g
- Grated Parmesan0 to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in oil
- Add the tomato and sauté a little more.
- Add the ground beef, salt and pepper and continue to sauté until it changes color (loses its red color)
- Add the tomato passata and cook over low heat until it boils.
- Wash the hearts of palm, drain all the water and add to the sauce. Let it heat up for a few minutes and you're done! Just serve with grated parmesan.
