Minced garlic1 unit(s)
Italian Tomatoes2 unit(s)
Ground beef300 g
Salt and pepper0 to taste
Pupunha heart of palm spaghetti500 g
Grated Parmesan0 to taste

Saute onion and garlic in oil
Add the tomato and sauté a little more.
Add the ground beef, salt and pepper and continue to sauté until it changes color (loses its red color)
Add the tomato passata and cook over low heat until it boils.
Wash the hearts of palm, drain all the water and add to the sauce. Let it heat up for a few minutes and you're done! Just serve with grated parmesan.
