- Tapioca Flour2 tablespoon
- Cake Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato Sauce1 tablespoon
- Grated or sliced Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Sliced Tomatoes1/4 unit(s)
- Arugula to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Mix the egg, tapioca and yeast with a fork or fouet
- Grease the skillet with a little olive oil and place over low heat.
- Put the dough and spread it on the bottom of the skillet. Let it brown and then turn the dough to brown the other side.
- When you turn, fill with tomato sauce and put the mozzarella and the other ingredients
- Add the oregano last and cover the skillet until the cheese is well melted.
