  • Tapioca Flour2 tablespoon
  • Cake Yeast1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato Sauce1 tablespoon
  • Grated or sliced Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Sliced Tomatoes1/4 unit(s)
  • Arugula to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Mix the egg, tapioca and yeast with a fork or fouet
  2. Grease the skillet with a little olive oil and place over low heat.
  3. Put the dough and spread it on the bottom of the skillet. Let it brown and then turn the dough to brown the other side.
  4. When you turn, fill with tomato sauce and put the mozzarella and the other ingredients
  5. Add the oregano last and cover the skillet until the cheese is well melted.
  6. Enjoy yourself!
