  • Whole oat flour250 g
  • Canned cream1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Stuffing to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to set while you prepare the filling.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut circles (~10 to 12cm in diameter).
  4. Stuff as you like (spiced shredded chicken, cheese with tomato and oregano cubes, shredded meat, for example) and run your finger with water along the edges.
  5. Close the empanada, pressing the edges, making folds or pressing with a fork to close it well.
  6. Brush a beaten egg over them and bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
