- Whole oat flour250 g
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Stuffing to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to set while you prepare the filling.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut circles (~10 to 12cm in diameter).
- Stuff as you like (spiced shredded chicken, cheese with tomato and oregano cubes, shredded meat, for example) and run your finger with water along the edges.
- Close the empanada, pressing the edges, making folds or pressing with a fork to close it well.
- Brush a beaten egg over them and bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
