Modo de preparo 
Misture o açúcar e o fermento mas o óleo e o leite e vá acrescentando a farinha de trigo o sal,vá sovando até soltar das mãos a massa deixe descansar

Preparation mode
Mix the sugar and yeast, but the oil and milk and add the wheat flour and salt, kneading until the dough comes out of your hands, let it rest

Modele as bolinhas e deixe por 40 minutos crecendo por último pincele com a gema e acrescente o gergilin e leve ao forno não deixa dorar muito 

Model the balls and leave for 40 minutes growing, last brush with the yolk and add the gergilin and put it in the oven, don't let it brown too much.
