- In a blender, beat the eggs, flour, oil, milk, grated cheese, chopped onion, garlic, vegetable broth, oregano and black pepper.
- When the dough is uniform, add the yeast and beat again just to mix.
- Grease a mold with butter and wheat flour
- Pour half the dough, place the burgers, tomato slices, mozzarella, sliced onion (optional) and sprinkle oregano. I put cheddar too but it's optional.
- Place the rest of the dough on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden.
