- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Oil1/4 cup
- Water1 cup
- Wheat flour500 g
- In a container place the egg, oil, sugar, salt and yeast, mix everything very well, then add the water (at room temperature or lukewarm) and mix + a little, add the flour gradually, mixing and beating with the hands, knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Cover very well and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- Then open the dough with a rolling pin, fill, close and cut into a knee shape.
- Put it in a greased shape and let it rest a little + until it rises (approximately 40 minutes)
- Then brush egg yolk on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 35, 40 minutes or until golden on top.
