  • Organic Dry Yeast5 g
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Wheat flour500 g
  1. In a container place the egg, oil, sugar, salt and yeast, mix everything very well, then add the water (at room temperature or lukewarm) and mix + a little, add the flour gradually, mixing and beating with the hands, knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Cover very well and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.
  3. Then open the dough with a rolling pin, fill, close and cut into a knee shape.
  4. Put it in a greased shape and let it rest a little + until it rises (approximately 40 minutes)
  5. Then brush egg yolk on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 35, 40 minutes or until golden on top.
