Para a massa : 
No liquidificador coloque os ovos, óleo, sal , leite bata até ficar homogênea , acrescenta a farinha de trigo e bata até ficar lisinha.

Carne moída :
Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino ( deixe pegar o tempero por 1 hora )
Na frigideira coloque azeite e a carne moída , mexa com um garfo até soltar tudo , após coloque a cebola picada e refogue , adiciona o extrato de tomate e 100 ml de água , mexa e deixa cozinhar por uns 10 minutos.

Na frigideira Teflon coloque uma conchinha da massa, vire dos dois lados.
Faça até terminar o conteúdo do liquidificador.

Reccheie com a Carne moída , enrola , faça até terminar tudo.
Arruma na travessa , coloca mais molho de tomate e salpique parmesão ralado.
Leve ao forno para gratinar por uns 10 minutos.
