Ground beef pancake with bolognese sauce

Bata o ovo, o leite, óleo, queijo ralado, farinha de trigo e o sal  no liquidificador.
Em uma frigideira ou panquequeira untada com óleo, adicione uma concha cheia, espalhe bem, em fogo médio até dourar dos dois lados. Repita até acabar a massa. 
Retire e adicione o recheio.
Enrole e coloque em travessa refratária. 

Beat the egg, milk, oil, grated cheese, wheat flour and salt in a blender.
In a skillet or pancake pan greased with oil, add a full ladle, spread well, over medium heat until golden on both sides. Repeat until the dough runs out.
Remove and add the stuffing.
Roll up and place in an ovenproof dish.

Refogue a carne moída com a cebola e alho no azeite, tempere com caldo de carne e salsinha a gosto. Depois de bem refogada, reserve um pouco para a cobertura e recheie as panquecas. 

Sauté the ground beef with the onion and garlic in olive oil, season with beef broth and parsley to taste. After it is well sautéed, reserve a little for the topping and fill the pancakes.

Com a carne moída refogada e reservada, coloque uma embalagem de molho de tomate temperado e aqueça até formar o molho.
Espalhe sobre todas as panquecas.

With the ground beef sautéed and reserved, place a package of seasoned tomato sauce and heat until the sauce forms.
Spread over all pancakes.
