- whole milk1 cup
- wheat flour1 cup
- soybean oil1 tablespoon
- grated parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- ground beef500 g
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- minced garlic to taste
- olive oil2 tablespoon
- beef broth1 unit(s)
- tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- chopped parsley to taste
- Beat the egg, milk, oil, grated cheese, wheat flour and salt in a blender. In a skillet or pancake pan greased with oil, add a full ladle, spread well, over medium heat until golden on both sides. Repeat until the dough runs out. Remove and add the stuffing. Roll up and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Sauté the ground beef with the onion and garlic in olive oil, season with beef broth and parsley to taste. After it is well sautéed, reserve a little for the topping and fill the pancakes.
- With the ground beef sautéed and reserved, place a package of seasoned tomato sauce and heat until the sauce forms. Spread over all pancakes. Serve next. Accompaniments: White rice and potato straw
