- Season the meat with a little salt (two pinches), garlic and the coriander seed. Then put a drizzle of oil in a pan and mix the ground meat with the vegetables. Let it cook on low heat and taste to adjust the salt. Cut the potato into small pieces for quick cooking. Finally, add the tomato sauce.
