- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Wheat (until it is very firm and hard, approximately)300 g
- Oil (for frying)600 ml
- Caster sugar (sprinkle on top after frying the grostoli)200 g
- Mix all the ingredients and add the wheat little by little until you get a very hard dough.
- To stretch the dough you will need a cylinder, stretch the dough very thin, cut and fry then sprinkle the sugar.
- After cooling, place in a bowl and cover very well, you will have a very dry and crispy grustoli for days.
