- medium potatoes10 unit(s)
- salt to taste
- and smoked bacon100 g
- mozzarella cheese to taste
- oregano to taste
- olive oil to taste
- Peel and cut the potatoes into slices
- Cook the potatoes in salted water (don't let them cook too long so they don't fall apart)
- Place the potatoes in a roasting pan
- Cut the bacon into cubes and add to the potatoes
- Spread the cheese over the potatoes and bacon and sprinkle everything with oregano.
- Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top and place in a hot oven for a few minutes (enough to toast the bacon and cheese).
