  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Hot water300 ml
  • Corn flour to taste
  • Sugar3 dessert spoon
  • Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese300 g
  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water and leave for a few minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, oil, salt and black pepper if you like. and mix.
  2. In a large bowl add the flour.
  3. Add the liquid with the flour and knead well until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
  4. Let the dough ferment for a few hours, it will double in size.
  5. After removing from the bowl, divide the dough into pieces and assemble them into round disks. Dip the sfihas in the corn flour.
  6. For the filling, grate the cheese and add it to the sfihas. Add a drizzle of olive oil and dry grated cheese for more flavor and crunch.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees until golden.
