  • Granulated Tapioca1 kg
  • Whole milk1 l
  • Coconut Milk250 ml
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Eggs2 to taste
  • Margarine1 teaspoon
  1. Place the tapioca in a bowl of your choice.
  2. Bring the milk to a boil along with the salt.
  3. When the milk comes to a boil, turn off the heat and place over the tapioca, mixing slowly until incorporated. Let it rest for 10 minutes, occasionally give it a stir so it doesn't stick too much.
  4. After 10 minutes, stir the dough with a wooden spoon and add all the ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Arrange the dough in a square shape and greased with a little oil and take it to the preheated oven.
