  • 3 cups of warm water600 ml
  • 1/2 cup oil100 ml
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) salt10 g
  • 1 cup of sugar130 g
  • 2 tablespoons of dry yeast20 g
  • 9 1/2 cups all-purpose flour950 g
  1. In a large bowl place the water, yeast, sugar and stir to dissolve the yeast.
  2. Add the oil, salt and wheat flour little by little while stirring.
  3. When you can't move any more with the spoon, put a little flour on the bench, put the dough and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and shape each loaf by opening it with a rolling pin and then rolling it up like a roulade.
  5. Put the breads in a shape, cover with plastic or a cloth and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  6. Brush the buns with 1 egg and a little milk mixed together.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until lightly golden. Help yourself.
