  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Butter200 g
  • Water250 ml
  • Broccoli and Mushrooms to taste
  • Gorgonzola100 g
  • Pears3 unit(s)
  • Fresh Sour Cream1 unit(s)
  • Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. For the Pierogi dough, mix the egg, butter, water into the flour and mix until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  2. For the filling, chop the Gorgonzola and the pears and mix them together.
  3. The sauce can be to your liking, more liquid or more incorporated. Dore the garlic and onion, sauté the mushrooms and finally add the broccoli and the cream.
  4. The closed patties must cook for four minutes and then sautéed in oil in a frying pan, to give a crispy.
