Gorgonzola Conchiglione with Bacon

  • Conchiglione Pasta300 g
  • Gorgonzola200 g
  • Bacon300 g
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Tomato sauce600 g
  • Onion to taste
  1. In a large pan with water, place the conchiglione with a pinch of salt, and when it boils, lower the heat and count for 8 to 10 minutes until it is 'al dente';
  2. Remove the macaroni and set aside;
  3. On a cutting board, chop the bacon into cubes, take it to a frying pan until crispy and set aside to cool;
  4. Cut the gorgonzola into cubes, grind with the help of a mixer and set aside;
  5. Grind the bacon also with the help of a mixer, mix with the gorgonzola and the cream. Stir until creamy;
  6. In a pan, sauté the onion and prepare the tomato sauce seasoning to your preference, set aside;
  7. With the help of a spatula, fill each conchiglione and cover with the tomato sauce;
  8. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180°, and bake for approximately 10 minutes. serve.
