- Gnocchi of your choice1 kg
- Fresh cream700 ml
- Clean Medium Shrimp500 g
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic2 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Sauté the garlic in butter and add the prawns.
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper
- Separate the grilled prawns and in the same frying pan that you grilled add the fresh cream
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. And return the prawns to the frying pan
- Let the sauce boil to thicken and catch the flavor of the shrimp.
- When it gets thicker, turn off the heat and add the already cooked and heated gnocchi.
- Finish with parmesan cheese and basil
