  • Asterix Potato250 g
  • Wheat Flour30 g
  • Nutmeg and Salt to taste
  • Butter20 g
  • Thyme, Oregano, Black Pepper and Rosemary to taste
  1. First put the potatoes to cook until they are well cooked. After cooking, make a puree with the potatoes and gradually add the sifted flour, nutmeg and salt, until you can form a roll with your hands to cut into cubes. It should be firm, but not so much, in the center it should be soft. After cutting the gnocchi, cook in salted water until they rise to the surface and remove.
  2. The butter has to be at room temperature to make a paste with the seasonings, then mix all the ingredients, place it in a cling film and make a roll and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. After the butter stays in the fridge, cut a piece of it and put it in the frying pan to fry the gnocchi, as needed, you can add more butter. The gnocchi has to be fried until it turns golden and be careful not to burn and turn it little by little.
