  • large boiled and mashed potatoes9 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour8 tablespoon
  • Margarine and flour for greasing1 to taste
  • Grated cheese for sprinkling1 to taste
  • Sliced ham250 g
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese250 g
  • Ready-made tomato sauce500 ml
  1. In a bowl, mix the potato, margarine, egg, flour and salt.
  2. Add the yeast and stir until smooth.
  3. Place half of the dough in a greased and floured refractory, fill with the ham, the mozzarella cheese and half the sauce.
  4. Top with the remaining pasta and sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
