- Milk500 ml
- Cheese300 g
- Gnocchi500 g
- Almonds to taste
- Maizena1 tablespoon
- truffle oil20 ml
- Nutmeg to taste
- In a pan, bring 2 liters of water to boil and when it boils, add the gnocchi and let it cook according to the instructions on the label.
- In a saucepan, add the milk and cheese to melt. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Mix with the help of a fouet.
- When the mixture is homogeneous and pasty, add the truffle oil and the nutmeg. Add salt to taste.
- Remove the gnocchi from the pan and serve it on a deep plate, with the truffle sauce mixture on top.
- Finally, add the almonds for a special touch to the dish.
