  • Milk500 ml
  • Cheese300 g
  • Gnocchi500 g
  • Almonds to taste
  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • truffle oil20 ml
  • Nutmeg to taste
  1. In a pan, bring 2 liters of water to boil and when it boils, add the gnocchi and let it cook according to the instructions on the label.
  2. In a saucepan, add the milk and cheese to melt. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Mix with the help of a fouet.
  3. When the mixture is homogeneous and pasty, add the truffle oil and the nutmeg. Add salt to taste.
  4. Remove the gnocchi from the pan and serve it on a deep plate, with the truffle sauce mixture on top.
  5. Finally, add the almonds for a special touch to the dish.
