Gnocchi Alla Sorretina

Cozinhe as batatas enroladas com a casca até ficarem completamente macias. Retire a casca e amasse as ainda quente misture todos os ingredientes até deixar a massa homogênea. A massa não pode grudar na mão. Quando começar a desgrudar, está pronta. Assim que homogênea, faça rolinhos (tipo cobrinha). Corte em pedaços de 2 cm, e coloque em uma assadeira salpicada de farinha.
