- Rice flour7 tablespoon
- Olive oil1.1/2 tablespoon
- Water30 ml
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl add the rice flour, a pinch of salt, olive oil, sugar and water;
- Mix well, and add the yeast. I like to sift the yeast so it doesn't clump;
- I sprinkled honey on top of the bread dough to make it golden brown;
- I baked in the airfryer at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
- Obs.: I baked in the airfryer but you can bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
