- Make the stuffing of your preference (ground meat, chicken) and leave it more dry so that the dough is very fluffy). 🙂 Let cool.
- dough preparation In a blender add water or milk, eggs and olive oil and beat lightly. Add the apple cider vinegar and beat quickly again. Add the salt and flour, the potato starch and beat. Stop the blender, add the rice flour and xanthan gum and beat again. Finally, add the chemical yeast and mix lightly with a spoon. The dough is homogeneous and smooth, similar to cake dough, but a little firmer. Grease a 20cm by 30cm shape or the shape of your choice with the oil you used in the recipe. Just pay attention to the quantities of the ingredients so that you don't miss or remain in your form. Cover the bottom of the form with half the dough and spread it out with the help of a spoon, add the stuffing and cover again with the rest of the dough, still spreading with a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 25 minutes on average. You can add chia seeds, flaxseeds or other seeds to the dough.
