Modo de preparo da massa:

Em uma frigideira acrescente o bacon picado, e frite bem. Retire o bacon, e frite a cebola e o pimentão verde na gordura que ficou.
Acrescente a passata e o tomate, e o temperos a gosto, como sal e pimenta.

Dough preparation method:

In a skillet add the chopped bacon, and fry well. Remove the bacon, and fry the onion and green pepper in the remaining fat.
Add the passata and tomatoes, and seasonings to taste, such as salt and pepper.

Em uma panela coloque para cozinhar a massa sem glúten, conforme o tempo que diz na embalagem. Escorra a água e misture a massa no molho. Por cima coloque o bacon frito.

In a pan, cook the gluten-free pasta, according to the time it says on the packaging. Drain the water and stir the pasta into the sauce. Place the fried bacon on top.

Para o frango, temperamos somente com sal e limão, e assei na airfryer a 200 graus por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
