  • Hot milk250 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Oil100 ml
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot milk and set aside.
  2. In the mixer, place the eggs and sugar and beat well until it gets white and creamy.
  3. Then add the gelatine that was reserved, stir a little and then add the oil and stir well
  4. After everything is mixed, gradually add the wheat flour. It will be a very creamy and colorful mass depending on the flavor of the gelatin.
  5. Finally, add the baking powder and stir slowly.
  6. Place in a greased shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 40 min.
  7. If you prefer, you can leave it uncovered or make one of your own.
  8. Enjoy your food!
