- Hot milk250 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil100 ml
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Dissolve the gelatin in the hot milk and set aside.
- In the mixer, place the eggs and sugar and beat well until it gets white and creamy.
- Then add the gelatine that was reserved, stir a little and then add the oil and stir well
- After everything is mixed, gradually add the wheat flour. It will be a very creamy and colorful mass depending on the flavor of the gelatin.
- Finally, add the baking powder and stir slowly.
- Place in a greased shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 40 min.
- If you prefer, you can leave it uncovered or make one of your own.
- Enjoy your food!
