Garlic Bread with Cottage Cheese in the AIR FRYER

- Recipe
- sour cream (200 ml)1 can(s)
- cottage cheese100 g
- garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- grated parmesan cheese1 tablespoon
- grated mozzarella cheese100 g
- Parsley to taste. to taste
- breads… of course!. to taste
- Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous paste.
- Slice the buns, but do not cut all the way through.
- With a knife or spatula, pass the paste on all the cuts of the bread and finish passing around the bread.
- Take it to the grill, oven or airfryer and wait for the compliments!
- Tip: I baked in the airfryer at 180 degrees and kept managing the time until it was golden brown.
