- tagliatelle noodles500 g
- Garlic Head1/2 unit(s)
- Bacon to taste
- Green smell to taste
- In a pan with boiling water, add the pasta and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- After the pasta is cooked, remove and run cold water to stop the cooking.
- In a pan, fry the bacon then set aside.
- Use the same bacon fat to fry the garlic.
- Finally add the dough and mix everything, finish with green smell and you can serve
