- Parsley2 tablespoon
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put the pasta to cook in water and salt.
- Fry the garlic in olive oil without letting it brown.
- Remove the pasta from the water and throw it in the garlic pan, add salt and pepper. Add a ladle of the cooking water.
