  • Butter Soup2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder1 teaspoon
  • Milk tea1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Oil for frying1 cup
  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling1 cup
  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, butter, sugar and salt and mix very well. Alternately add milk and wheat flour to the mixture, stirring constantly with a spoon. Add yeast and mix well. In a medium pan, put enough oil and lead to high fire to warm up. When the oil is hot, lower the heat. With two dessert spoons, model the dumplings. Fill one of the spoons with the dough and move from one spoon to the other, until the dough has a rounded shape.
  2. Carefully drop small portions of dumplings into the hot oil. Let it fry until the dumplings are golden. With a slotted spoon, remove the dumplings and place on a paper towel-lined plate. In a deep dish, put sugar and cinnamon powder and mix well. Pass the dumplings through this mixture until you wrap them completely. Serve next.
