  1. Mix the dry first, then add the wet, mix with a spoon until you can't do it anymore. Then, start kneading the dough for approximately 10 minutes, until it is smooth. (No need to let it rest right now) After kneading, divide the dough into portions of approximately 70 grams, open the dough and then roll the dough from one end to the other. After rolled, pass the bun in wheat flour, and take it to rest until it doubles in size. After doubling in size, take it to the preheated oven for 10 min, let it bake for about 30 min at a temperature of 200 degrees (leave it in the oven until golden)
