- Wheat flour250 g
- Salt to taste
- Put the water, polenta and salt in a pan.
- Stir until the polenta looks like a paste.
- I a refractory, put the ready-made polenta and leave it very neat inside the refractory.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Remove the polenta from the fridge and in the same refractory, cut into strips or cubes of your choice.
- In a plastic pot, place the wheat flour.
- Take the strips or cubes that you cut from the polenta and pass them in the wheat flour and set aside.
- Heat the pan with oil and gradually add a few pieces of polenta. Note: If you put too much in the pan, they will stick to each other and it is not possible to do it in the airfryer.
- Place on a plate with paper towels and enjoy your fried polenta!
