- Wash, peel and cut the cassava into large pieces
- Place the cassava in the pressure cooker, the salt and water at the height of two fingers above the cassava
- Cook for 10 minutes, turn off, remove the pressure and let drain until very dry and cut into strips
- In a deep frying pan, place the olro to heat up well, add the aimpins until they are golden.
- Let it drain on paper towel and put grated cheese on top to taste and serve.
