- Warm milk - 1 cup180 ml
- Oil - Half a glass90 ml
- Sugar2 dessert spoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 kg
- In a large bowl, place the yeast, sugar and salt.
- Add eggs, milk and oil. Mix
- Add the wheat flour little by little. Knead well.
- Let it rest for about 30 minutes, until the dough doubles in volume.
- Cover the table with wheat flour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into the shape you prefer.
- Fry in oil, with low heat so it doesn't burn and doesn't get raw inside.
