  • Warm milk - 1 cup180 ml
  • Oil - Half a glass90 ml
  • Sugar2 dessert spoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  1. In a large bowl, place the yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Add eggs, milk and oil. Mix
  3. Add the wheat flour little by little. Knead well.
  4. Let it rest for about 30 minutes, until the dough doubles in volume.
  5. Cover the table with wheat flour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into the shape you prefer.
  6. Fry in oil, with low heat so it doesn't burn and doesn't get raw inside.
