Em uma tijela misture a farinha, a sêmola e o sal

Faça uma bola enrole em plástico filme e deixe descansar na geladeira por 30 minutos

Após esse tempo dívida a massa em duas e abra usando um cilindro de massa fresca
Passe pelo menos umas 10 vezes, reduzindo a espessura a cada passada, até chegar na espessura desejada

Após cilindrar a massa passe-a pelo corte (usei corte espaguete)
Coloque a massa já cortada em um varal para massa fresca
Ou deixe esticada na bancada enfarinhada

Para cozinhar ferva água com sal
E coloque a massa de 3 a 4 minutos
