  • Pasta of your choice. to taste
  • Chopped Bacon250 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Salt. to taste
  • Black pepper. to taste
  • Box of sour cream1/2 unit(s)
  1. Cook the pasta of your choice in boiling, well-salted water. Leave it to the tooth.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, in a pan sauté the bacon until it browns well. Then remove the pasta and throw it directly into the bacon pan. Place one to two ladles of the pasta cooking water in the pan and mix a little.
  3. Then add the cream and Parmesan and mix. If needed, add a little salt and plenty of black pepper.
  4. Let it thicken a little and turn off the heat, then add the egg and yolk mixed together and stir until a very creamy sauce is obtained. Serve as soon as you remove it from the pan!
