  • Refined salt8 g
  • Water175 g
  • Olive oil13 g
  • Basil to taste
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Chia to taste
  • Cherry tomato, washed and cut in half8 unit(s)
  1. Put wheat flour, dry yeast, water, salt, and oil in the mixer. Beat for 15 min.
  2. By oil in a baking dish of 20 cm and add the dough and cover and rest for 15 min covered.
  3. In the same baking dish, turn the dough upside down and pour oil over it and cover and let it double in volume.
  4. After that, gently press the dough with your fingertips and add the coarse salt, basil, cherry tomatoes in half, and chia seeds. And for a little more oil and bake at 175 degrees for 18 min. Or until it's golden
