- Wheat flour250 g
- Warm water140 ml
- Sugar1.1/2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Mix the sugar, yeast, warm water and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (take away from the total amount)
- Stir everything and let it rest for 10 min.
- Add the ready-mixed oil, salt and flour (little by little) Note: the dough point is slightly sticky, so don't add more flour than indicated!
- Let the dough rise for 20-30min Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Make holes in the dough with your fingertips and place the rosemary, sliced cherry tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil, finish with coarse salt.
- Bake for 30-35 min or until golden.
