  • Olive oil60 ml
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat flour2 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Sesame2 tablespoon
  1. Whisk together the water, oil, salt and sugar in a blender.
  2. Put this mixture in a bowl and add the yeast, wheat flour and sesame. Mix well. The dough does not give a point to knead. She gets soft.
  3. Put the dough in a greased shape with a little oil and floured. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour (it can be inside the oven turned off).
  4. Bake for about 35 minutes (depending on your oven) or until the bread is golden.
