White rice

Lave bem o arroz e deixe ele ficar muito sequinho 

Wash the rice well and let it get very dry.

Enquanto isso pique a cebola em uma panela 

Depois leve a cebola ao fogo com um fio de azeite 

Then take the onion to the fire with a thread of olive oil.

Quando a cebola estiver frita, coloque o arroz e deixe ele fritar um pouco ( cuidado para não queimar, mecha sempre)

When the onion is fried, put the rice and let it fry a little (be careful not to burn it, always stir)

Coloque água quente até cobrir o arroz, coloque sal e depois é só esperar a água secar 

Put hot water to cover the rice, add salt and then just wait for the water to dry
