Raw rice2 cup
Milk1 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Fresh grated coconut200 g
Sugar2 cup
Oil160 ml
Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g

Leave the rice to soak the night before. The next day, drain the water and hit the blender together with the milk and oil, until smooth.
Add sugar and eggs until well blended. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the yeast. After turning off the blender, add the yeast and mix well, without beating.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in a greased and sprinkled shape, for about 45 min. Do the toothpick test.
