Nest milk powder or your preference100 g
Wheat Flour300 g
Sugar250 g
Oil200 g
Very hot milk230 g
Chemical Yeast20 g
Eggs3 unit(s)
Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
Syrup to taste
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream200 g
Wheat flour1 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon
Pinch of salt to taste
Milk powder100 g

Homemade recipe made manually without using a mixer or blender.
Separate the dry and set aside.
Then mix the eggs with the oil.
Mix the dry ingredients with the eggs, oil and milk.
In the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C.
While the cake is baking, prepare the syrup.
In a pan, mix all the ingredients of the syrup, take it to heat in low fire, always stirring until it thickens. Be careful not to burn the bottom!
After taking the cake out of the oven, wait for it to cool and pour the syrup over it.
Serve immediately!
