- Recipe
- Wheat flour approx.1.5 kg
- Fresh yeast45 g
- Oil180 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Warm water with two spoonfuls of powdered milk40 ml
- Whole milk480 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Put all the ingredients in the blender except the wheat flour for 2 minutes.
- Pour this mixture into a bowl and gradually add the sifted wheat flour.
- When the dough is consistent, knead it on the bench for 00:15 minutes. Tear the dough back and forth with the palms of your hands.
- After kneading, let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- When the dough has doubled in volume, separate into 100 gram portions.
- Make buns with each portion * Stretch each portion well with a rolling pin and then roll in the opposite direction
- Take to ferment again for approximately 20/30 minutes
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- After the buns have risen, brush the yolk with a little milk over them.
- Take the buns to bake in greased shape leaving a space of 2 cm for each bun
- A delight of bisnaguinhas and that serves for any occasion
