  • Wheat flour approx.1.5 kg
  • Fresh yeast45 g
  • Oil180 g
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Warm water with two spoonfuls of powdered milk40 ml
  • Whole milk480 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender except the wheat flour for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour this mixture into a bowl and gradually add the sifted wheat flour.
  3. When the dough is consistent, knead it on the bench for 00:15 minutes. Tear the dough back and forth with the palms of your hands.
  4. After kneading, let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  5. When the dough has doubled in volume, separate into 100 gram portions.
  6. Make buns with each portion * Stretch each portion well with a rolling pin and then roll in the opposite direction
  7. Take to ferment again for approximately 20/30 minutes
  8. Heat the oven to 180°C
  9. After the buns have risen, brush the yolk with a little milk over them.
  10. Take the buns to bake in greased shape leaving a space of 2 cm for each bun
  11. A delight of bisnaguinhas and that serves for any occasion
