Em uma bacia misture o fermento com uma colher de açúcar e duas colheres de leite,acrescente todos os demais ingredientes mexendo delicadamente até completa homogeneização.
Vá acrescentando a farinha aos poucos, até criar consistência,sove e deixe descansar.


In a bowl, mix the yeast with a spoonful of sugar and two spoonfuls of milk, add all the other ingredients, stirring gently until completely homogenized.

Em uma tigela a parte,misture todos os ingredientes do recheio,reserve

In a separate bowl, mix all the filling ingredients, set aside

Após a massa descansar abra com um rolo e passe o recheio sobre ela.
Enrrole a massa como um rocambole,corte em 4 ou 5 porções e distribua em uma assadeira redonda para formar a rosca.
Deixe crescer.

Pincele gema com leite por cima da rosca,em seguida asse no forno á 180°C por 00:35 minutos.
Finalize com leite condensado sobre a rosca e coco ralado.
Essa receita rende uma rosca de 700 gramas aproximadamente
