- Sugar70 g
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Fresh yeast35 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil120 ml
- Milk250 ml
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Stuffing to taste
- Shredded Coconut150 g
- Egg yolk1 unit(s)
- Sugar70 g
- Butter70 g
- condensed milk20 g
- In a bowl, mix the yeast with a spoonful of sugar and two spoonfuls of milk, add all the other ingredients, stirring gently until completely homogenized. Keep adding the flour little by little, until you create a consistency, knead and let it rest.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the filling ingredients, set aside
- After the dough has rested open with a roll and pass the stuffing over it. Roll the dough like a rocambole, cut into 4 or 5 portions and distribute in a round baking dish to form the donut. Let it grow.
- Brush egg yolk with milk over the donut, then bake in the oven at 180°C for 00:35 minutes. Finish with condensed milk over the thread and grated coconut. This recipe yields a bagel of approximately 700 grams
