  • Wheat Flour600 g
  • Sugar70 g
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Fresh yeast35 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil120 ml
  • Milk250 ml
  • Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
  • Stuffing to taste
  • Shredded Coconut150 g
  • Egg yolk1 unit(s)
  • Sugar70 g
  • Butter70 g
  • condensed milk20 g
  1. In a bowl, mix the yeast with a spoonful of sugar and two spoonfuls of milk, add all the other ingredients, stirring gently until completely homogenized. Keep adding the flour little by little, until you create a consistency, knead and let it rest.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all the filling ingredients, set aside
  3. After the dough has rested open with a roll and pass the stuffing over it. Roll the dough like a rocambole, cut into 4 or 5 portions and distribute in a round baking dish to form the donut. Let it grow.
  4. Brush egg yolk with milk over the donut, then bake in the oven at 180°C for 00:35 minutes. Finish with condensed milk over the thread and grated coconut. This recipe yields a bagel of approximately 700 grams
