Fluffy cornmeal cake with fennel and guava

Antes de dar início na massa,corte 200 gramas de goiabada em barra,em quadradinhos. (congele os pedaços da goiabada para estruturar,retire do congelador passe na farinha, é só então distribua na massa,conforme imagem. Não precisa endurecer a goiabada,(00:30 antes de começar a massa)apenas para estruturar.

Before starting the dough, cut 200 grams of guava in a bar, in squares. (freeze the pieces of guava paste to structure, remove from the freezer pass the flour, then distribute it in the dough, as shown in the image. You don't need to harden the guava paste, (00:30 before starting the dough) just to structure.

Bater os 7 primeiros ingredientes no liquidificador por 00:03 min,desligue  acrescente a erva doce e mexa com auxilio de uma colher de pau ou espátula. 


Beat the first 7 ingredients in the blender for 00:03 min, turn off, add the fennel and stir with the help of a wooden spoon or spatula.


Despeje a massa sobre a forma e vá acrescentando as goiabadas. 

Pour the dough over the mold and add the guava.

Leve o bolo ao forno a 180°C por 00:40 minutos ou até dourar.



Bake the cake at 180°C for 00:40 minutes or until golden.
