- Before starting the dough, cut 200 grams of guava in a bar, in squares. (freeze the pieces of guava paste to structure, remove from the freezer pass the flour, then distribute it in the dough, as shown in the image. You don't need to harden the guava paste, (00:30 before starting the dough) just to structure.
- Beat the first 7 ingredients in the blender for 00:03 min, turn off, add the fennel and stir with the help of a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Pour the dough over the mold and add the guava.
- Bake the cake at 180°C for 00:40 minutes or until golden.
