- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Ripe silver bananas4 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Beat the eggs, sugar, butter and milk in a blender. Then add the sifted wheat flour and lastly the baking powder.
- In a greased and floured mold, pour half the dough, and place the bananas cut lengthwise and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Put the rest of the dough and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon again.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until golden. It's delicious and super cute.
