  • 1 kilo of wheat flour approximately1 kg
  • Whole milk480 ml
  • condensed milk100 ml
  • Salt4 g
  • Sugar180 g
  • Oil50 ml
  • Unsalted butter120 g
  • Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Fresh yeast50 g
  • Candied fruit400 g
  • Black raisins100 g
  • White raisins100 g
  • Supplyable chocolate200 g
  • Sugar Icing to taste
  • Icing sugar2 cup
  • Warm milk20 ml
  • Lemon Drops to taste
  • Fractionated chocolate200 g
  1. Dissolve butter in warm milk
  2. Then add all the ingredients including the warm milk with the butter (except the wheat flour) in the blender.
  3. Throw this mixture into a bowl and add wheat flour little by little.
  4. When the dough is firm and consistent, throw it on a bench and start beating for 00:10 minutes
  5. Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
  6. After this period, separate the dough into two portions, we will make two 600 gram threads
  7. Open one of the doughs well, pass a little butter over it and spread the crystallized fruits along with the raisins.
  8. Close this dough like a roll, cut this roll into 4 equal parts and distribute it in a round shape with a hole in the middle.
  9. Do the same process with the other half of the dough, but in this case spread butter over the dough and spread the baking chocolate.
  10. Let the two donuts rise until they double in volume again, spread the yolk with a little milk over them and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 00:45 minutes.
  11. In the last 00:10 minutes you can increase the temperature to 200°C to brown the top.
  12. Prepare the sugar icing by mixing all the ingredients
  13. Melt the broken chocolate according to package directions.
  14. After baking the two donuts, remove them from the oven and wait to cool down, pour the icing over the candied fruit donut and the melted chocolate over the bakeable chocolate donut
  15. Decorate with candied fruit and cherries in syrup.
  16. Note: Never throw the wheat flour over the whole bowl, always add it little by little and always reserve a little to work the dough on the counter. I used 1,100 grams. This donut is delicious to serve on a Christmas morning or even to sell and generate income.
