- 1 1/2 cup whole-grain oat flour 4 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon baking powder for gluten-free cake 3 teaspoons olive oil 1 pinch salt 100 g mozzarella tomato sauce pinch of oregano to taste1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, place the oat flour, oil, salt and yeast. Mix well, adding water until the dough comes together.
- Divide the dough into two pieces. put the open dough in the skillet and pre-cook for about 3 minutes on low heat.
- Remove from heat and cover with tomato sauce, mozzarella, tomato to taste and oregano. Return to the heat and cook for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the heat and repeat the same process with the rest of the dough, forming another Fit Frying Pan Pizza.
